FLY.PT At Farnborough Airshow
A scaled model of an air taxi urban mobility vehicle by FLY.PT during the Farnborough International Airshow, on 22nd July 2024, at Farnborough, England. The FLY.PT project will develop the prototype of a personal air transport system, at scale, consisting of an autonomous aerial vehicle (drone), allowing air mobility, an autonomous vehicle, allowing land mobility, and a cabin that can be attached to a each of the two vehicles, creating an intermodal system. The bi-annual Farnborough International airshow this year hosts 1,500 exhibitors with 100,000sqm of exhibition space with over 80,000 visitors over the 5 day-long trade days.
