Parliament Renovation Almost Finished

Following the five-year conservation project of the Houses of Parliament, scaffolding is finally coming down to reveal its renovated architecture, on 4th February 2022, in London, England. Some construction sheeting remains and apart from New Year chimes, the Big Ben bell inside the Elizabeth Tower, has remained silent during parliament's extensive renovation by contractor Sir Robert McAlpine with an approximate cost of £61m.
