Spectators experience the BP-sponsored Walk in the Olympic Park in the Olympic Park during the London 2012 Olympics. Visitors are able to offset their carbon emissions from travel to the London Games and get a free, unique souvenir photo with the backdrop of the main stadium. The structure uses 90% recycled steel supporting a super-sized periscope giving a unique, elevated view of the Olympic Park. This land was transformed to become a 2.5 Sq Km sporting complex, once industrial businesses and now the venue of eight venues including the main arena, Aquatics Centre and Velodrome plus the athletes' Olympic Village. After the Olympics, the park is to be known as Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
