UK - London - Blue rubbish bags and a blue wall.

Blue refuse bags have been left at the foot of a matching blue brick wall. In this side street of a south London suburb, we see the garbage lying on the pavement (sidewalk) surrounded by autumnal maple leaves. The wall in the background has been roughly painted, the bricks starting to crack.
